Casey Wright is an experienced intellectual property attorney in the Indianapolis office of our firm. He represents clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies in all aspects of intellectual property protection and enforcement. Casey specializes in trademark and brand protection, guiding both domestic and international clients through complex intellectual property matters with a practical, thoughtful approach.

Casey’s practice focuses primarily on prosecuting U.S. and international trademark applications, conducting clearance searches, and counseling clients on brand strategy and enforcement. He assists clients in navigating challenging issues related to trademark selection, registration, portfolio management, and disputes before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and other international trademark authorities. Casey also has a wealth of experience dealing with internet and domain disputes including UDRP proceedings.
